The Spires

The Spires is a beautiful self-contained suite of Serviced Offices situated on the top floor of the building with private kitchen and washroom facilities.

The suite is made up of a large executive workspace with a vaulted barrel ceiling and three adjoining offices/meeting rooms for up to fifteen people. The view of the roof garden from the front of the suite and windows along two walls of the main office gives this private floor a feeling of light and space in total privacy.  The option to furnish the three offices connected to the main space as Manager’s Offices, Meeting Rooms or as server/storage rooms enables the client to completely individualise their Belfast Office.

Office Clients have access to complimentary tea, coffee, chilled sparkling and still water in the ground floor coffee dock where daily broadsheets and television are available.
