Office Suites


The York Suite is a self-contained suite of three offices with private kitchen and washroom facilities.  The office combination is made up of a large two person office with an adjoining single office located next to the main office which can accommodate up to ten desks comfortably.  This suite enables you complete privacy in this wing of the building.

The Glengall Suite is available as a suite of four offices with private reception area.  These offices can be used flexibly with the ability to be furnished as four individual offices for up to ten people and one meeting room for up to six people.

The Exchange Suite is comprised of two large offices with traditional sash windows and wooden surrounds which compliments the modern working environment.  Each office can comfortably accommodate two desks with the main corner office having additional space for a meeting table and chairs.  These officer are based in the executive wing of the building where office one has a view of Waring Street and office two affords an excellent corner view of Waring Street, Hill Street and Skipper Street.  All these executive offices are available together or separately to suit the client’s space requirements.

The Grosvenor Suite is comprised of three beautiful offices with traditional sash windows with wooden surrounds which compliments the modern working environment.  Each office can accommodate two desks or alternatively one desk and a meeting table with chairs.  These offices are based in the executive wing of the building with offices one and two having a view of Waring Street while office three affords a corner view of Waring Street, Hill Street and Skipper Street.  The Grosvenor Suite of offices are available together or separately to suit the client’s space requirements.

The Clifton Suite is ideal for a company who wishes to have an open plan office work area which can accommodate up to twelve people with additional private office facilities and a meeting room for up to six people, in the same suite. The suite also contains a large secure storage area.

The Spires is a beautiful self-contained suite of offices situated on the top floor of the building with private kitchen and washroom facilities.  The office combination is made up of a large executive workspace with vaulted barrel skylight and three adjoining offices for up to twenty people.  The view of the roof garden forms the front of the suite giving this private floor a feeling of light and space.

Board and Meeting Rooms



A City Centre venue, The Belfast Business Centre provides a high standard of accommodation and facilities for meetings and conferences. The Board Room is situated on the Ground Floor with a vaulted barrel skylight and full air-conditioning.  The beautiful inlaid table with leather chairs can comfortably seat up to ten people.  The room has a dividing section which can be used to set up any catering requirements.  

Virtual Offices



The Virtual Office  facility offers clients the prestigious address of Cathedral House in the centre of Belfast.  An exclusive Belfast telephone number is allocated which is answered using your company greeting.  Incoming Telephone calls can be directed to a mobile or landline telephone number or voicemail.  Voicemail is accessible remotely 24 hours a day.  All mail is date stamped and held in a secure post box.  Mail is forwarded at a frequency and method in accordance with your instructions. Virtual  Office clients have full access to the secretarial services within Cathedral House and can avail of our cafeteria for complimentary tea/coffee, television and newspapers at any time.
